Tone Jewels displays its jewelry at private Jewelry Shows held in private homes in the Tahoe-Truckee Area.

Why do a Show?
Because it's Fun!

A Jewelry Show is a wonderful way to view and purchase jewelry. You and your invitees can view the jewelry at your leisure. Since the participants are people you know, the Show is also a great opportunity for socializing and catching up. Add a little wine and a few tidbits and it becomes a little party. Show participants also receive a 10% Discount while the Hostess receives a 15% Discount on all non-sale items.

All invitees can meet the Artist. Any questions about the jewelry can be answered on the spot. Gift wrapping with gift card is included and done at the Show so your gifts are ready. It's a perfect time to pick out the gifts for all your family and friends - buy early for birthdays, special days, special events, holidays or a gift to say "thank you" or "thinking of you."

At the Show, Tone Jewels will display it's entire collection of Wedding Jewelry, Dolce Tones, Baby Tones, Body Tones & Lanyards. Additionally at the show, all less expensive items which are in inventory are also displayed, such as convenient and versatile stretch bracelets and simple earrings to adorn on the run.

Custom orders can be placed at the Show.

If you live in the North Tahoe-Truckee area and are interested in holding a Show at your home or at a location of your choice, please complete the form on the "Contact Us" Page to begin the booking process. Please read below for some information to make your Show Booking and Presentation a successful event.

Points for a Successful Show

Start planning for your show about 2 months in advance. This allows you about 2 weeks to confirm a booking date. Shows should be booked at least 6 weeks in advance. Before booking the Show, check the local events calendar in your area to make certain your Show will not be competing with major events.
Tone Jewels recommends that you prepare written invitations and mail or hand-deliver them to your invitees. Invitation lists usually include your friends, family, neighbors and co-workers. Tone Jewels will provide consultation for preparing invitations. Invitations should be mailed at least 3 weeks before the Show. You should also plan a method for reminding invitees of the show about 3 days before the Show.
If the Show is held in your home, Tone Jewels will arrange to visit your home about 2 weeks before the Show to discuss re-arranging furniture and setting up tables and lighting to display the jewelry. If you plan the party to be held outside of your home, Tone Jewels will need to make arrangements to visit the site at least 2 weeks before the show and discuss details about setup with you and the owner/operator of the site.
Tone Jewels will also require the use of a telephone line and electric outlet during the Show.
Any refreshments provided during the Show will be the responsibility of the hostess.

Details. Details to set up for a Show will be discussed once the Show is booked. There is no booking fee.

Show Discounts. Invitees to the Show will receive a 10% discount on non-sale merchandise purchased at the Show. You, as the Hostess will receive an additional 5% discount off all of your non-sale Show purchases.

Note: Customer Discounts are NOT offered at Fundraising Events at which Tone Jewels has agreed to donate a percentage of sales to the nonprofit organization.

Door Prize. Tone Jewels will also provide one item of jewelry as a door prize at the Show and will provide all the necessary items to conduct a drawing.

Minimum Requirements for Show. Tone Jewels asks that the hostess take additional steps to obtain commitments from at least 35 people of different households to attend the Show.

Photographs. As often as possible, jewelry is photographed in natural light to provide the most accurate colors. Some photographs are taken indoors in artifical light. Regardless of method, colors may vary slightly from photographs and how they appear on your computer monitor. We make every effort to upload photographs that reflect the colors as closely as possible.

Some of the materials used in jewelry may contain small amounts of lead, a chemical known to the state of California to cause cancer, birth defects, and other reproductive harm if ingested. It is recommended that you wash your hands after handling jewelry and keep items away from small children and infants. Only sterling silver is used for metals in jewelry made for infants and toddlers.
