Tahoe Women's Services organizes the Annual Chocolate Festival in North Lake Tahoe to raise funds to increase awareness and eliminate domestic violence. 

Day-Parker-Tomlinson Scholarship Fund, Inc. organizes an annual Winter Festival and Fund Raiser to raise funds for continuing education scholarships for developing snowsport instructors.
